  • Write, edit and update the language in your client intake forms, employee agreements, employee handbooks and any other paperwork you use for your employees and clients.

  • Work with your IT people to update language and input choices for your computer software programs.

  • Provide education to staff and administration regarding topics such as: consent in the workplace, how to provide a welcoming space for 2SLGBTQ+ staff and clients, sensitivity trainings and more.
